a. Approval of the March 21, 2016 Board meeting minutes (4-7) and April 19, 2016 Board meeting cancellation minutes (8).
b. Approval to use grant funds from Grand Traverse Regional Community Foundation as follows: $1,500 for Universal Aides for vacuums and $5,324 for Claras Cupboard. (15, 26-27)
c. Acceptance of the March 2016 Program Report. (16, 28-42)
d. Acceptance of staff's recommendation on Lawn Maintenance vendors of Leslies Outdoor Maintenance and Cuttin It Close Outdoor for the 2016 season. (17)
