Staff will give an update on the 2015 Annual Road Tour.
9. NEW BUSINESS
a. CRASIF (County Road Association Self Insurance Fund Mutual Group Resolution - (JC) (00:39:24)
CRASIF is requesting our vote on determining to change to a Mutual Insurance Group through a Resolution. The Board will need to vote to approve or deny this change.
b. Quarterly Financial Performance - (JC) (00:43:29)
Manager will have information to present to the Board at the meeting regarding the Quarterly Financial Performance.
c. 2016 Proposed Project List - (JJ) (00:44:57)
Staff to recommend list of projects for Board consideration.
d. MDOT Maintenance Contract - (JC) (01:02:42)
This item was added during the approval of the Agenda. The Board is asked to authorize the Manager to execute the MDOT Letter of Understanding for Highway Maintenance Patrol 2015/2016 Maintenance Agreement.
