Hearing - To take public comment to determine if there is cause for establishing a watercraft control ordinance for the waters of Silver Lake, specifically a no wake zone on Silver Lake and to request that the Department of Natural Resource conduct a public hearing as provided for in Act 451 of the Public Acts of 1994, part 801 to inquire into the need for special watercraft controls on Silver Lake.
