during the hearing.

6. IF THE BOARD DECIDES TO PROCEED WITH THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT:

a. Draft Resolution 2012-10…………………………………………………………2-5

b. 2nd mailing of septage post cards-if the intent is to issue a second

postcard we need approval for that expenditure as the funds for

the postage is due up front (suggested 28,000 x .31 = 8,680.00

plus artwork/card layout-not to exceed $9,000

A motion for approval is requested for the postcard issuance

and related expenditures.
