How to Submit a Show

All registered Producers are welcome to submit programming for UpNorth TV.  Program lengths vary, although 30 minute or 1 hour segments are typical.  You may submit your show in standard-definition 4:3 or 16:9 video on:

• Authored DVD
• MPEG-2, PROGRAM stream, no Dolby Digital 
• Mini-DV
• DVCAM

How to Submit a Single Show

1. Fill out an UpNorth TV Airtime Request Form.
2. Bring your program and completed form to LIAA.

How to Submit a Series Program

1. Fill out an UpNorth TV Airtime Request Form and a Series Program Agreement.
2. Bring a minimum of 3 completed series episodes and completed forms to LIAA. 
3. Deliver each remaining episode of your series at least one week prior to each air date.
