The Northwest Michigan Community Media Center (CMC) provides you and every other citizen a forum for direct public expression through Up North 2 and other media delivery means. 

As the only citizen-produced television station in our region, Up North 2 offers a unique platform for celebrating local culture and the arts, sharing community information, and providing educational content.
