How to Check Out Equipment

Certified Field Producers are welcome to check out video production equipment from the UpNorth Media Center.

How To Check Out Equipment:

1. Determine a name for your project; you must identify your project to UpNorth Media Center staff to reserve equipment.
2. Contact us with the following information: Name of Project, Equipment Required, Check-Out Date, Return Date.
3. Arrive at LIAA during regular business hours; a staff member will have your equipment ready for you.
4. Sign an Equipment Check-Out Form; a parent or guardian must co-sign for applicants under 18.

Equipment may be borrowed for up to one week at a time.  Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee that the equipment you need will be available.
